Two-Day Workshop 

Cultivating Relational Intelligence for Teams

This workshop uses a multifaceted approach to explore the impact of stress on individuals and teams. It combines group experiential learning, opportunities for sharing insights, and structured relational learning;

  • Using Reflective Practice with relational mapping to understand impactful events.

  • Understanding the effects of stress on the brain and body.

  • Incident Analysis.

  • The development of healthy ways of relating and coping (individually and as a team).

  • The development of a shared narrative that supports recovery.

  • A collective EMDR experience to enhance wellbeing

  • Building trust and team cohesion through shared reflection and vulnerability.

One-Day Workshop 

Relational Recovery from Major Events

This workshop integrates education on the impact of stress on the brain and body and Collective EMDR to understand and recover from the effects of a major event at work;

  • Recognising stress responses in the nervous system.

  • Using Collective EMDR for shared trauma processing.

  • Building skills for managing emotions.

  • Finding a clear path forward for everyone.

Follow-Up Support for Lasting Impact

RTT provides follow-up sessions for teams to maintain the progress made in workshops. These sessions offer protected time to reflect on work experiences, enhance team dynamics, and embed new skills into everyday practice;​​

  • Deepen Insight into a team’s relational patterns.

  • Strengthen Psychological Safety within the workplace.

  • Maintain a Culture of Reflection to reduce the impact of stress over time.

By focusing on reflective practice and relational mapping, we help teams keep the momentum going, building resilience that endures beyond the initial workshops.
