Johnny Kieran

(he/him/they/them)

Johnny came into this work through clinical social work settings, which taught him to think about systems and their impact on people. After experiencing burnout while working in mental health settings, he was drawn to CAT and relational thinking.

His own experiences of working within the LGBTQIA+ community, with a special interest in neurodivergence, have given him a first-hand understanding of how systems can struggle to adapt to the wide skillset diversity within a cohort of staff.

A fun fact: Johnny used to have four fish tanks, each carefully balanced to support diverse species with different, yet equally important roles. That early fascination with ecosystems and community has stayed with him, shaping his approach to team dynamics.
