JOHNNY KIERAN-BLACK

Johnny has over two decades of experience working within and consulting with non-governmental organizations, public and private mental health settings. He has worked in Scotland, Belgium, Melbourne, and Sydney, where he is currently based.
​
Johnny is passionate and curious about finding ways to work with systems, employees, and consumers to collaboratively understand ways of working that encourage and celebrate the diversity of teams and organisations. He has undertaken project change management, lead, and supervisory roles pertaining to significant systemic and societal changes. Examples of this include the deinstitutionalisation of psychiatric healthcare systems in Scotland and creating the Australia's first online "live chat therapy" service with Headspace, Australia's National Youth Mental Health Foundation.
Johnny holds a B.A. (hons) in Applied Social Science, a two-year Diploma in Social Work, and has undertaken two-year psychotherapy training to become qualified as a Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) Practitioner. He is also an accredited Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Practitioner (EMDRAA) and trained in other body awareness trauma-focused psychotherapies including Poly Vagal Theory.

SIOBAIN BONFIELD

Siobain has over two decades experience of working within public and private health settings with consumers, individual employees and teams.

Siobain has worked in England, Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne (where she is now based). Siobain has a specialist interest in supporting teams to be able to use their collective resource to cope with, and recover from, impactful events and working in stressful environments (including the wide-spread impact of Covid-19 in healthcare).
Siobain has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (D.Clin.Psych) from the University of East Anglia, England and is qualified as a Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) Practitioner and Supervisor.

Siobain is also trained in trauma-processing therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Psychodynamic psychotherapy.
